Mini-Vacation Mood: Tired Well, we are now back from our mini-vacation to Southern Indiana. Justin and I got back between 12.30 am and 1am this morning. We stopped once in Terre Haute at the Wal-Mart Supercenter for a bathroom break and to get something to drink and snack on. It was one of the wierdest things, but the first person I saw when I walked into the store was Val from the Princeton Wesleyan Church! She's gotten married and lives in Terre Haute now. She's a great person! It was awesome to see her! Also, I found out that Steve and Nikki had a baby about 6 weeks ago. I didn't even know that she was pregnant! But I suppose that's what happens when you move clear across the state (you lose contact w/ everyone! X_x) Anywhoo the baby is beautiful! Her name is Holly Madeline (might be spelled differently, but you get the point!). I am so happy for them! I can't wait until Justin and I can start a family of our own! *sigh* Someday... Justin's Mom got a new puppy. She's an experimental breed of a Yorkie and a Pomeranian. She's 4 months old and only weighs like 2lbs or something. Her name is Chloe and she's a hyper little thing and super cute. I guess when she's old enough they want to breed her. And I was told that I have first pick when Chloe has her first litter. Although, it will be awhile...They don't want to breed her until she's like 2 years old or something. Yup. It felt so good to sleep in my own bed last night. I felt like I slept for 3 days straight even though it was only 8 hours. *sigh* I love to snuggle in my comfy bed! I think I about passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow. Driving 5 1/2 ish hours w/ only a 20 minute break really drains ya! Well, I need to go finish getting ready for work. Oh, joy. This should be fun...I am exhausted! |
